bother anyone else to witness their pet in a state of deep REM sleep? my pup’s eyes are rollin’ around half opened, exorcist style, and his paws are moving so fast i swear he’s already covered at least three miles. 

i know humans are typically pretty grouchy/unbearable when woken from this state, but i can’t bear to watch my dog experience this so i rattle him awake.
